Very bad. Would never recommend to anyone to buy this item. I have bought this item and only after one week it function is not working. Even after raising complaint more than 10 days no response from Pigeon. I have contacted with customer support service many times but no positive response. Very poor service

I used this product in my whole 4 years of engineering . I never cleaned it . I used it in a rough manners . I used to cook everyday . Then at the end of my college it sold it .
Conclusion :- this thing is very durable . Definitely go for it .

It’s a good product
But I face some issues within few months of use
1. If u use at high settings like 1200/1400/1800, it won’t work after few mins… Show error
2. Heating issues
3. Inside get sticky alot
4. I feel it should’ve had a better exert fan and all underside for much better performance
For me, I used as a student , was happy with the price and high performance
But if you are getting for Ur home, would recommend you to check the settings

Very lightweight, easy to use and durable. Even after a year it’s working just like day one. It’s amazing. Don’t take this as a cheap product. It is worth the price and will never disappoint you. Atleast I’m not disappointed. Very happy with this product.

The machine is fine. However the heating tends to happen unevenly on the plate. This leads to doss or chappatis burnt on one side to get whole surface cooked. Also the side strip has cracked due to overheating on one end.
