   Once charged fully, torch works continuously for 3 hours or light works for about 2 hours. Retains full charge even 6 months after charging. Focus of torch is very sharp. Can see clearly objects as far as about 100 meters. I bought a torch about 2 years back and presented it to my relative, which is working perfectly.

   Calling this emergency light would be misleading as this one misses the basic feature of Auto-on in case of power failure. In fact this is the only Product that I know of which operates while charging, which I don’t know how good or bad is for the batteries.

   Also in the listing from the seller from whom I had purchased, it mentioned lithium ion battery, one of the prime reasons of purchase, but now with the weight, looks like it’s a lead acid battery…

   With all the above I am trying to still decide if I would return or keep it.

   Product failed withing 3 months. Charging function failed very disappointed. To begin with damaged product was sent however it was functioning I kept it anyway as I had to use it right next day. But within 3 months had charging drain issue and one day it failed to charge. Do not buy this product

   This pigeon emergency lamp is working out as torch and also as emergency lamp while we have powercuts. It’s very bright than I expected. I charged it for one whole night, approximately ten hours. And I tested it with light on, on the emergency lamp option continuously for more than 4 hours, it gave the same brightness and so the battery remains very good. I’m very happy with this product, to add on… There’s no heat while changing nor lighting, so I’m double satisfied. Thank you pigeon, Amazon and the delivery person who worked sincerely and handling things with care till delivery. Cheers!!

   I bought this Torch cum Emergency light mainly coz of its dual feature…and purchased an expensive torch from another brand too just in case this one wouldn’t be good enough.

   Even though it’s way cheaper than the other torch… to my surprise this one I feel is a better purchase coz not only is it inexpensive but very powerful both as a torch and an emergency light. Since it’s LED so it doesn’t hurt the eyes and is quite bright in spite of being small in size.

   Happy with the purchase and highly recommended.

   IF you are looking for an emergency light that also masquerades as a torch, this is it. It is bright, rechargeable, and just the right size.. Been using it for about 9 months now, is my favourite.
   Make sure you charge it after every use, and it won’t fail you.

   Got this recently and haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but it looks bright enough. Have to wait and see how long it can be used at one time before having to be charged. Expected something bigger as per picture given, but this is okay too. Got a different colour tho 😏
