   Dead on arrival. Nothing worse then such experience.

   Guy review your self and address weakness if wanted to improve. Else soon will be fade off from market and spread negativity for new companies or startups.

   Replacement is awesome. Product working very fine as expected. Full control on all parameters. Even it hav Pause button…. that’s wonderful technology. I recommend to all.

   Guys writing again to let you all the performance of product.

   Its one of the best induction ….I have ever observed. Great product…. Performance is very good. All 5he best to company. Made is India.

   Cons:
   1.It’s not really 2100 W , I tested using a clamp meter it’s merely 1200W, so cooking is not as fast as I expected, I thought it was a defective piece but looking at the small fan, thin cable , thin coil etc , it’s not designed to house a 2100 W coil.
   2.Reaching manual mode (sauté) is difficult because it’s the last option and you have to go through all other functions using that one function button ( yes the top row is just indicators not buttons)
   3. No child lock
   4. User manual doesn’t explain anything, you have to figure out everything yourself.
   5. Pigeon customer care never answers your calls.
   Pros:
   1.aesthetics are great , looks sleek , lightweight.

   Able to use a variety of stainless steel dishes on it without any issues – using since 2-3 months
   Excellent product
   Only small complaint is the noise of the fan throughout the time the main power supply is ON.
   Rest looks totally satisfactory

   Edit: after 2 years of amazing service, the product is gone :( Mother board is impaired it seems and the Authentic service provider has been waiting for parts from the manufacturer since months! Very disappointed

   The Pigeon Rapid Slim 2100 watt induction is a very reliable item. It makes my cooking easier. It’s temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. U can also set the timer and go about doing your other chores. Any steel utensils with a flat bottom can be used. Though it’s good to have few utensils with an induction base. A longer wire would have been more helpful. I have been using induction cooktops for many years now, this is my 2nd pigeon induction and I prefer Pigeon to others brands. It is so light and easy to carry even while traveling, It doesn’t consume much electricity and I don’t have to depend on gas cylinders. I tried purchasing it in the open market as I was in urgent need but The particular model was not available so tried it on Amazon and the delivery was very prompt. The packing too was very good. Thanks Amazon for this beautiful masterpiece.

   It’s a very good product. Easy to operate, maintain. The touch panels are also good responsive. Only thing I noticed that even if it is termed@2100 watt, but still the heating is but slow. It may depend upon various types of utensils used!
   All together I am happy and satisfied with this product.

   Overall cook top is good, easy to use, touch panel is sensitive and works well, liked the pause/resume functionality.
   Would be better if power cable is little lengthier,

   After 2days of use getting E0 error for every vessel.

   Replacement cook top is working as expected

   Writing review after 3yrs of use, trust me its the best induction i have used upto this time. Its still working as smooth as butter. The best thing is the top ceramic plate, by seeing those images over review i was very confused whether it handle the load of everyday cooking of utensils of over 5ltr capacity, but to my astonishment this pocket dynamo is handling like a pro. Its slim, sleek and can cook for 10 people. Plus its lowest setting of 120 is practically best for boiling milk which u wont find in other induction at same price.
