   1. The blades won’t cut anythinh properly.
   2. The thread got damaged when pulled.
   3. Completely useless now. Only used once. Damaged on the first try itself.

   The string doesn’t roll back. I have been using this kind of chopper since more than 5 years now. Either the quality from company is going down everytime or if this piece was defective I dont know.

   Quality of the material is OK, the Jar and cover looks fine. However the plastic parts joining the spring and the blade is not good.
   I used this to chop carrot and beetroot, after one month of usage the above said plastic got separated from its position. I opened the top and put it back to its correct position but again got same issue. I have not loaded it with more vegetables as well as I cut vegetables into small pieces before adding to this chopper.

   It is an easy to use chopper but handle it carefully.
