When got delivered, the tawa had a huge dent on it, then placed the package for exchange, was put on hold for 3-4 days, no one came for exchanging priduct. Then applied for a refund, pick up date was assigned for after 2-3 days. In mean time i bought the product again,in hope of getting a fresh piece, the product delivered is even worse, the metal rim of lid of pan in bent at 2 spots, tawa has an even bigger dent, have placed for a refund. Don’t get stuck in the trap of low price. Don’t buy it
