I purchased this product in march 2021 , stove was delivered as per specification , properly packed but one thing which stands out is its customer service , i faced small issues with my stove in past 11 months but i got always prompt service within the warranty period . You don’t have to call customer support and wait in long queues , instead you can raise ticket on what’s app and it’s hassle free . After raising request the engineer visited within 48 hours and always resolved the issue with proper explanation. I am very satisfied with the product and service , i would highly recommend this product from pigeon

am not the primary user. this will be mainly used by my mother.
What i liked
1. overall look is good and cheaper than most of other brands. we were previously using steel frame stove of same brand, it worked flawlessly for past 10 years. so we choose same brand again.
2. easy to use. no complications, no learning curve. feels like usual from day 1
what i didn’t like
1. finish of the product is not top quality and precise. can see black coating issues in edges and glass is not aligned to frame perfectly.
2. brass burners are not heavy and a bit miss align can cause bleeding burning. align the burner perfectly before lighting it.
3. glass is brittle. while placing the stove for first time, i accidentally touched stove to wall, very lightly and that caused a chip brake in edge of the top glass. that was a heavy note for me to be very careful while cooking and cleaning.
4. Cleaning glass to is leaving swirl marks. feels like it will be tough time cleaning the galss top 😬
Overall am happy with the purchase considering the price.
and i was not able to find ISI mark in stove or packing or warranty card.

Please do not buy this product, there is gas leakage within 1 day. The burner quality is very poor and it turned black within 1 week of use.
The stand is shaking very badly when any vessel is kept on the stove. all 4 stands shake very badly and make huge noice.
Apart from that the knob becomes more tight within 1 week and gas is leaking very badly. the whole kitchen smells of gas leak.
very poor customer support and service technician is very careless and they just say they will replace the stand and regulator but its more than a month now. they dont even respond to calls.

dont buy this product and waste your money also dont risk your life with this faulty product.

Gas stove arrived on-time in 1 day.
Product packaging and handling needs to improve. Glass top side has scratches and paint is peeling off due to rough handling.
Gas stove appears sturdy, has stainless steel body and glass top. All burners are made of brass. The gas pipe nozzle is at the back which is convenient for pipeline connection. Knob material quality could have been better.
