   I purchased my first ceramic knife from miniso which was awesome.
   There is no sharpness in this knife more like a piece of plastic.

   With all the Jargon and deceptive marketing I believed the Knife would be good. But it is not sharp nor does it beat a regular cheap knife in its efficiency to cut with ease and I feel what little sharpness it come with will just fade abd it will be useless… utter waste of money

   Knife has long handle and blade designed mainly for chopping. Not much weight so one has to put effort while cutting even carrots. The blade is sharp enough to cut finger but not many vegetables. Use it only if you need to dice ginger, garlic, leafy greens as it is small in size . I did not find it suitable for cutting vegetables

   The product is good grip and very sharp.

   But there is breakage of .2 mm at one end but still it’s cutting without any problem..

   White ceramic very brittle..good sharpness considering the price range..
   But there is scope of improvement in grinding
